Terms of sale

The Aftwend shop is run by Astris Project LLC. These are the terms for everything it sells.

Who you’re buying from

Astris Project LLC, a Colorado company, sells every piece in the shop. Our print partner, Printful, makes each one to order and ships it for us. Stripe takes the payment.

Prices and tax

Prices are in US dollars. Sales tax is added at checkout where the law requires it, and shipping is shown before you pay.

Paying

You pay on Stripe’s secure checkout page, and your order is placed when the payment goes through. Your card details go to Stripe, never to this site or to us.

Making and shipping

Each piece is made after you order it. Shipping and returns says where we ship, how long it takes and what it costs.

Returns, refunds and cancelling

Because every piece is made just for you, we can’t take returns because something didn’t suit or didn’t fit. If an order arrives damaged, misprinted, or not what you ordered, we’ll replace it or refund you in full; write to us within 30 days of delivery, with a photo. If you need to cancel, write right away: if your order hasn’t gone into production, we’ll cancel it and refund you in full.

Colors

Screens show colors differently, so a piece may look a little different in your hands than on your screen.
